Does joining the network mean I am applying for a specific job?
No. A talent-network profile helps us understand your experience and preferences. A specific application is connected to a published role.
Will my profile be public?
Only if you choose Public in your account. Profiles are private by default, and you control which professional roles, skills, languages, experience, projects, certifications and links may appear. Personal contact details, compensation, private documents and internal notes are not published. Client introductions still follow a separate consent and authorization process.
What types of opportunities may be available?
Future roles may include remote work from Georgia, hybrid work in Tbilisi, HomeOffice.ge assignments, staff-leasing engagements or direct employment with a client.
Do you guarantee placement or a response time?
No. We do not publish unsupported guarantees. Matching depends on live client requirements, technical relevance, preferences and mutual fit.
How should I describe my skills?
Include the systems and products you worked on, the decisions you owned, technologies used in practice and the working environment you prefer.
