Georgia offers special tax statuses for qualifying businesses, including Virtual Zone Person status and International Company status. These are company-level tax regimes, not staffing products, and eligibility depends on the actual activity, ownership, substance and legal structure. They should be assessed separately with Georgian tax and legal advisers before implementation. The Revenue Service also notes that if International Company status is granted to an entity holding Virtual Zone Person status, the Virtual Zone status is cancelled under the applicable rules.
